Assistive-Only Disclaimer
OrthoPath is an assistive clinical decision support tool only. Contact channels below are for governance, feedback, and evidence corrections — not for clinical advice.
Do not enter patient identifiers or any Protected Health Information (PHI) in any submission.
How to Get in Touch
Contact: orthopendar@gmail.com,info@pendarlink.com
GitHub: orthopendar/OrthoPath-sample — public sample and documentation (README, repository structure overview, one protocol sample). Full source is maintained in a private repository.
Report an issue
If you encounter a bug, incorrect behaviour, or a safety concern in the tool or its outputs:
- Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened.
- Include the module name and (if applicable) rule or scenario.
- Do not include any patient or identifiable data.
Submissions will be triaged and addressed according to our governance process. Critical safety issues are prioritised.
Request a module
To suggest a new clinical decision support module or a significant extension to an existing module:
- Briefly describe the clinical scenario and intended users.
- Note any key guidelines or evidence sources you are aware of.
- Requests are reviewed for fit with OrthoPath’s scope and evidence model; not all requests can be fulfilled.
Evidence correction
If you believe an evidence citation, summary, or link in a module is wrong or outdated:
- Specify the module and the evidence entry (e.g. citation ID or locator).
- Provide the correct reference or a short explanation of the correction.
- Superseded or corrected evidence will be updated in the evidence manifest and, where needed, in rule rationales.

Governance
OrthoPath is maintained with a single root of truth for protocol packs, evidence manifests, and safety language. Changes to rules or evidence follow the Verification Gate and playbook process before release. Contact submissions do not bypass clinical or technical review.
